Can)<br />1 1/2 C. Water<br />1/2 C. + 1 T. Powdered Milk<br /><br />Also, to Janet, when cooking with powdered milk you don't have to make the milk before hand - just add the powdered milk to your dry ingredients in the recipe and the water amount needed to make up the right of milk into your wet ingredients. They'll do their thing and mix together as you combine wet and dry.
